A habit is a routine of behaviour that is repeated regularly and tends to occur subconsciously.
If you have an unwanted habit or addiction such as biting nails or teeth grinding, it may feel as if you are out of control, as though there is something inside of you that is making you do this.
However, you are in control at a subconscious level and Alan’s integrative therapy, in particular hypnosis, can help to re-programme your brain and stop any annoying habits.

Addiction is defined as not having control over doing, taking or using something to the point where it could be harmful to you.
