Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a fast and effective acupressure therapy founded by Gary Craig and released to the general public in 1995.

This simple but highly effective tapping technique is based on similar principles used in traditional Chinese acupuncture to treat physical and emotional issues but without the use of invasive needles.

The process involves guided tapping on the body’s natural energy meridian centres whilst being focused or tuned in to a problem state.
