Pathway to Wellness Programme
The ultimate Self-improvement and Personal Wellness Course which includes insightful Mind -Body workshops and the World-acclaimed 7th Path Self-Hypnosis Programme.
There are 2 courses available – an initial 5-week course and then an optional advanced 4-week course.
A range of individual group Wellness Workshops including a relaxing Hypnotherapy Sessions in our Thermal Rooms, each focussing on specific themes such as:

All our workshops are designed to give insight and understanding of the Mind-Body connection. The insight that comes from attending the workshops enables you to make informed positive choices that lead to changes in your inner beliefs together with life-altering and long-lasting changes in your life. We have a maximum of 6 people per workshop/course.
