Do you feel like it is hard to cope or that you are at your wits end? Perhaps you are becoming worried or angry at the least thing? If so, you may be suffering from too much stress.

If your inner stress levels are left unmanaged, you may experience many different feelings such as anxiety, worrying unnecessarily, being easily irritable, anger, frustration or even depression. These feelings can feed on each other and can in turn produce physical symptoms, making you feel even worse.

The aim of the Stress-less workshop and hypnothermal session is to identify your stressors and then to neutralise them by reprogramming your perception and the way in which you choose to react to them. You will learn how your body responds to stress and how to minimise the effects of stress. The Stress-less approach will encourage mindfulness, leaving you feeling calm, relaxed and able to breathe. All cocooned in a safe, warm and welcoming space.
